✨ Hi, I’m Dale, the artist behind Old Soul Cemetery. I’m a 22-year-old Artist who has always been drawn to nature and the beauty that exists in places people often overlook. What started as a fascination with bones and natural preservation grew into creating art that celebrates the full cycle of life.
I create taxidermy and nature-inspired art using ethically sourced bones, skulls, and preserved insects. Each specimen is carefully cleaned by my colony of dermestid beetles— a natural process that preserves the integrity of the bone before it’s transformed into art.
From there, I build one-of-a-kind displays using dried flowers, foraged natural materials, and antique elements whenever possible. I love combining organic textures with vintage pieces to create timeless works that feel both earthy and meaningful. Every piece is completely handmade and entirely unique.
Alongside my larger displays, I also sculpt miniatures using polymer clay and resin, creating small wearable or collectible pieces like magnets, pendants, and accessories.
My work leans into warm tones and natural palettes, with a focus on making each piece feel balanced, whole, and connected to nature.
