Spaces are $115 for a 10′ x 10′ outdoor spot and $160 for a 10′ x 10′ indoor spot. Prices go up April 23. All payments are final and nonrefundable.

By submitting payment for a vendor space at the Odditorium Carnival, you agree to the following terms:
• Vendor fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not credited toward future events, regardless of circumstance.
• This policy applies to all cancellations, including but not limited to personal conflicts, transportation issues, weather concerns, or emergencies.
• In the rare event of cancellation or rescheduling of the event by the organizers, vendors will be offered a choice between a rescheduled date or a refund at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
We strongly encourage vendors to confirm their availability, lodging, and transportation plans before submitting payment.
By applying to vend and completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this no refunds policy in full.
